Naomi

Naomi once found herself stuck on a mountain in Costa Rica, during a torrential rainstorm, with no phone service and no idea how she'd survive. Spoiler alert: she did. But that harrowing experience was a wake-up call—she realized she never wanted to feel that out of shape again. Then she met Rosie.

Fast forward to today, she's something of a fitness powerhouse, allegedly. She practices yoga six times a week, lifts weights like a pro (allegedly), and can hike any mountain without breaking a sweat (allegedly).

 

When she's not at the studio, you can find her traveling the world, capturing life's beauty through her camera lens or paint brush, or planning the next "big" event that will leave everyone talking.

 

Her journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, and she's here to help you conquer your own mountains—literal or metaphorical.
