We value your continued support and dedication to your wellness journey with us. In order to continue to build a strong, safe environment for all of us to grow, we have some guidelines to enhance our studio. It is also important to keep other important policies in mind when it comes to your passes/membership.
Policies
Passes/Memberships:

Please take note of the expiration date on your passes-- you must use them before they expire. We cannot uphold them after their expiration date.

Recurring memberships require a 30-day notice for cancellation.

There are no refunds on purchases.

Canceling a class does not automatically issue a refund to your original payment. Your pass remains on your account until it expires, is used for a class, or is marked against a no show or late cancellation. ​

We will follow the Cheshire and Wolcott school system on weather cancellations.

Your health is most important, and we need to keep in mind the health of all of our students and instructors.

Students between the ages of 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult when attending class.
FAQ
What is the late policy?
If you are running late, please call or text the studio. This is crucial in order to not disturb a class in progress. Studio doors will be closed 10 minutes after the start of class. You will be charged as a late cancel/no-show for missing class.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel a class booking at least 2 hours to the start of class. Failure to cancel before the cancellation window will be charged against your pass or result in a $10 late cancellation fee for unlimited members. Please call or text us if you need assistance taking yourself out of class.
What if I forget to cancel a class i.e. “no show”?
No-shows will be charged against your punch card or a $10 “no show” fee will be charged for unlimited members. Please call or text us if you need assistance taking yourself out of class.
How early should I arrive to class?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class in the studio. We want to allow time for you to get acquainted with the instructor, the studio, and settle in before beginning class on time. The studio door will be locked 10 minutes after class starts. Please arrive on time.
Do I need to book in advance?
It is recommended to book your spot in advance, especially for popular classes or during peak hours. Use Punchpass to pre-book your classes and secure your spot in your favorite class!
How do I book a class?
Pre-register for class using Punchpass a minimum of 60 minutes prior to class.
What if I forgot to book a class online but show up anyway?
Our instructor will retroactively enroll you into the class as long as the class is not full.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes, we offer various membership options and class packages to suit your needs and budget. Our memberships typically include unlimited access to classes, while class packages allow you to purchase a set number of classes at a discounted rate. Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
Absolutely! We offer drop-in rates for single classes so you can try out our classes before committing to a membership. We also offer introductory offers and specials for new members to experience our studio at a discounted rate.
What if I’m new to fitness or have specific needs?
Our instructors are trained to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels and can provide modifications or alternatives to suit your needs. Feel free to communicate any concerns or questions with your instructor before class. We also offer personal training for even more individual attention to your needs.
How often should I attend classes to see results?
Consistency is key to seeing results. We recommend attending classes regularly, ideally 3-5 times per week, to achieve your fitness goals. However, listen to your body and adjust your frequency based on your individual needs and schedule. Diet and other lifestyle habits also contribute to results, check out our nutrition coaching for even better results.
What amenities do you have available?
In our lounge, we offer complimentary coffee, tea, and water. We typically offer fresh fruit at the front desk.
I forgot my mat, or I don’t have props/etc., what can I do?
We have extra props and mats for use. Please ask about any additional materials you need – we’d be happy to help!
How often is the studio cleaned?
Our floors are steamed every other day. All of our props and bathrooms are sanitized regularly.
