The class was challenging but not too intense. I appreciated it as a beginner yoga student. I learned new yoga forms and moved in ways I didn't think I could. I would definitely travel to CT again just for the yoga class. It would be well worth it!"

"Fantastic instruction. Yoga for everyone with fun theme weeks. Drop-ins welcomed but even cheaper with price packages. I've been doing yoga for 7 years and enjoy the no judgement with great instruction/guidance of this studio. All levels with great personalities. Yah, I could do it at home but honestly, I don't. Joining a class makes you feel you have to show up plus I look forward to seeing the instructor and classmates. Great location, plenty of parking and a newer studio. They have everything you need, even the mats. Just show up. Come join us!! You'll feel so glad you did."
